Operating on the lower Eyre Peninsula, we offer mobile sauna experiences designed to slow you down, warm the body, and reconnect you with the coast around you.

Inspired by Nordic sauna culture and the natural beauty of the region, our sessions combine soul warming heat & fresh sea air for a simple yet powerful form of recovery and relaxation.

Whether joining a public session or booking a private hire experience, we invite you to step away from the noise and embrace the contrast of heat, cold, and stillness.

Located at the Coffin Bay Boat Ramp. Enjoy a communal or Private session from sunrise to early evening.

Join us from 7 to 12pm and enjoy a post sauna coffee and treat from Bayside Grind Coffee van.
