How it works

Each completed sauna visit counts towards your reward. Once you reach 10 visits, you'll receive a personal reward code for one free standard sauna session.

You can also check your progress at any time through your account under Membership & Credits.

Good to know

Use the same email address every time
Your visits are tracked against your customer account and email address. To make sure every visit counts, all bookings need to be made using the same email address.

Only completed visits count
Your booking counts once you've actually attended the session. Cancelled bookings and future bookings don't count towards your total.

All payment types count
Whether you paid normally, used a bundle, membership credit or another eligible offer, your completed visit still counts.

Your reward is personal
Reward codes are issued to the individual customer who earned them. They can be used once and cover one space in an eligible session.

Standard sessions only
Rewards can be used on standard-price sauna sessions. Private hire, group bookings and sessions excluded from bundles or rewards aren't included.

You choose when to use it
Your reward won't automatically be applied to your next booking. Use the link or code provided when you're ready to redeem it.

Keep an eye on your account
If you don't receive reward emails, your progress and any unused rewards can still be viewed under Membership & Credits in your Salted Barrel account.
